✅ Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• The grow bags must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

• All labels, tags, and packaging must be intact.

• Return requests must be made via email at connect@hindustaninatural.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Photo/video proof (in case of damage or incorrect product)

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Used or washed grow bags

• Customized or bulk orders

• Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling

🔄 Return Process

• Initiate Return: Email us at connect@hindustaninatural.com with required details.

• Approval: Once approved, we'll share the return address and shipping instructions.

• Shipping: Customer bears the return shipping cost unless the product is defective or wrong.

• Inspection: After receiving the item, we will inspect and notify you of approval or rejection.

💸 Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after inspection.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• In case of prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to your bank or wallet.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI.

• We currently deliver within an 80 km radius from our factory using our Bajaj Maxima XL Cargo E-Tech 12.0 electric 3-wheeler.

• Delivery to nearby cities and towns is available based on order volume and delivery feasibility.

⏱️ Delivery Time

• Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch.

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and order size.

• We will notify you via SMS/Email/WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

💰 Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on orders above ₹999 within the service area.

• A flat delivery charge of ₹49–₹99 may apply on smaller orders depending on the delivery distance.
