✅ Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at connect@hindustaninatural.com with supporting photos/videos.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Grow bags that are used, soiled, or damaged due to improper use

  • Minor color or stitching variation that does not affect usability

  • Products returned after the 48-hour window

🔄 Return Process

  • Email your concern to connect@hindustaninatural.com with the order number and photos.

  • Our team will verify the issue and, if approved, initiate a reverse pickup or ask you to ship it back.

  • Upon inspection, a replacement or refund will be issued as per the case.

💸 Refunds

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer after confirming account details.

  • We currently deliver within an 80 km radius from our factory using our Bajaj Maxima XL Cargo E-Tech 12.0 electric 3-wheeler.

  • Delivery to nearby cities and towns is available based on order volume and delivery feasibility.

⏱️ Delivery Time

  • Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and order size.

  • We will notify you via SMS/Email/WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹999 within the service area.

  • A flat delivery charge of ₹49–₹99 may apply on smaller orders depending on the delivery distance.

📦 Order Tracking

  • You will receive tracking updates through WhatsApp or Email with delivery status and contact info of the delivery person.
