Refund & Return Policy

At Hindustani Natural Products, we care deeply about your satisfaction and stand by the quality of our natural goods. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is here to help.

✅ Eligibility for Returns
 

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Return requests must be supported by a valid order ID or invoice.

  • For products like oils or food items, partial opening is allowed only for quality verification.

  • Items must not be damaged due to improper handling or storage.


❌ Non-Returnable Products
 

  • Used or opened products (beyond quality check).

  • Items not in original condition or without proper packaging.

  • Products returned after the 7-day window.

  • Customized or perishable items unless defective or damaged on delivery.


💸 Refund Process
 

  • Once the return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, we will request UPI or bank details for refund transfer.


🚚 Return Pickup & Shipping
 

  • If the product is incorrect or damaged, return shipping is free.

  • If returned for personal reasons, pickup charges may apply.
